1. Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
You will receive an email or SMS confirmation once your order is shipped, along with tracking details.


2. Delivery Timelines

We deliver across India and internationally. Estimated delivery times are:

For Domestic Orders (India):

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
  • Other Locations: 5–8 business days
  • Remote/Out-of-service Areas: May take longer depending on logistics availability

For International Orders:

  • U.S., Canada, Europe: 7–14 business days
  • Asia & Middle East: 7–21 business days
  • Rest of the World: 14–21 business days

Note: Delivery timelines may vary during peak periods, festivals, or unforeseen circumstances.


3. Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping on prepaid orders above ₹700 (for domestic orders).
  • Shipping charges for international orders will be calculated at checkout based on the delivery location and weight of your order.
  • Domestic shipping charges for other orders will be calculated at checkout.


4. Tracking Your Order

Once shipped, your tracking number will be shared via email or SMS.
You can track your order on the courier partner's website using the provided tracking link.

5. Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will attempt delivery twice.
If the recipient is unavailable, the product may be returned to us. In such cases, re-shipping charges may apply.


6. Delays and Exceptions

WITs is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:
Weather conditions
Public holidays
Lockdowns or restrictions
Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer


7. International Shipping

Yes! We now offer international shipping. We ship to customers worldwide, including the U.S., Europe, Asia, and more. Shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location.

  • Free International Shipping on orders above $100 (or equivalent in your local currency).

Note: Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country.
