Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
You will receive an email or SMS confirmation once your order is shipped, along with tracking details.


2. Delivery Timelines

We deliver across India. Estimated delivery times:
Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
Other Locations: 5–8 business days
Remote/Out-of-service Areas: May take longer depending on logistics availability

Note: Delivery timelines may vary during peak periods, festivals, or unforeseen circumstances.


3. Shipping Charges

Free Shipping on prepaid orders above ₹700
Shipping charges for other orders will be calculated at checkout based on location and weight


4. Tracking Your Order

Once shipped, your tracking number will be shared via email or SMS.
You can track your order on the courier partner's website using the provided tracking link.

5. Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will attempt delivery twice.
If the recipient is unavailable, the product may be returned to us. In such cases, re-shipping charges may apply.

Public holidays
Lockdowns or restrictions
Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
