Cancellation and Refund

At WITs, we aim to ensure a smooth and transparent experience for all our customers. Please review our cancellation, return, and refund policy below.

1. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only. To cancel your order: Contact us immediately at heyteam@witsplanet.com or call us at 98183 90156. Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible. For international orders, cancellations are only possible if the order has not yet been processed for shipping.

2. Return Policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return under the following conditions: 

  • Notification must be made within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
  • Pick-up must be completed within 7 days from the date your return request is accepted.

For international orders, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

To initiate a return, please email us at heyteam@witsplanet.com with:

  • Order number
  • Reason for return
  • Photos (if applicable) 
    Return requests outside this timeline may not be accepted.

3. Refund Policy
Once your return is approved and the item is received and inspected, refunds will be processed in one of the following forms:
Credit Note: Store credit that can be used for future purchases on www.witsplanet.com
Original Payment Method: Subject to payment gateway timelines and approval.
Refund processing time: 5–7 business days from the date we receive the returned item. International orders may take longer to process refunds due to varying payment gateway timelines and currency conversion rates.

4. Exceptions
Please note:
Certain items may be non-returnable (e.g., customized or final-sale products)
Refunds will not be provided for products returned in used/damaged condition
